The ingredients list in Goku focuses on some good amino acids that are proven in pre workouts and some smaller herbal ingredients.

There’s a decent dose of caffeine in here with some Taurine that will provide a solid source of energy.

Salvia and Theanine provide a decent increase in focus by relaxing the mind without sedation. This is powerful when combined with caffeine too as you avoid jitters and can really use that GOKU focus.

It’s great to see a heavy dose of L-Citrulline in this product, as it gets you an almighty, skin splitting, explosive PUMP. The increase nitric oxide means that you are delivering more blood and nutrients to your muscles, improving endurance.

The pine and apple extract may slightly improve endurance with one study on the pine extract showing a 15% increase in sit up endurance on a study of 157 athletes.

One study isn’t really enough to ensure it will benefit you though, so this should be taken with a pinch of salt!

You get a good dose of citrulline and betaine in here. Especially if you plan on double scooping.

Just be aware that Furious Formulations Goku Gains is 350mg of caffeine in each serving, so this could cause some crashes after it wears off.

Not a bad product. It’s not going to get you exploding into a ball of flames like Goku, but Furious Formations have certainly done a good job formulating something clean.

There may be some side effects from the caffeine and for the money you could be cutting the gimmicky herbal ingredients for proven ones, but on the whole this should deliver a decent pre workout experience.

If you want to go one better, you should be looking at the cleaner, tastier current number #1.
