- Perform a leg warm up. (you can replace the 1/4 mile run in the warm up with relaxed cycling for 5 minutes)
- Repeat 13 times for a total of 20 minutes workout:
30 seconds easy, 30 seconds normal, 30 seconds hard.
Don’t forget to stretch after you finish your workout!
