Stationery Bike Workout


This 20 minutes stationery bike workout will improve your cardiovascular endurance, and burn HUGE amounts of body fat.

The Workout:

  1. Perform a leg warm up. (you can replace the 1/4 mile run in the warm up with relaxed cycling for 5 minutes)
  2. Repeat 13 times for a total of 20 minutes workout:

30 seconds easy, 30 seconds normal, 30 seconds hard.

Don’t forget to stretch after you finish your workout!
