From the off we can see some solid pre workout ingredients in this product. However the doses seem to be on the light side, especially with the creatine.

Creatine works by increase ATP production in the body, which serves as fuel for muscles. This requires a dose of around 5000mg to be truly effective. However smaller doses still can work. (Our number #1 pre workout only has 1000mg)

Caffeine is a staple of any pre workout and Sex has a very high dose at 300mg. The problem with so much caffeine is it will lead to annoying side effects, especially if you double scoop.

Lots of pre workouts rely on caffeine to give any effect at all, which is why it’s dosed so high. A good pre workout has 100mg to 200mg.

Beta Alanine is what causes an annoying itching effect as you train. Whilst there are scientific studies supporting it’s use in supplements to increase focus and improve training, the side effects aren’t really worth it.

That said at 1100mg this product is under the effective dose, so you might be ok.

Agmatine and Adenosine 5 will support improved cognition and allow for focus after taking the product.

The problem is with the dose of some of the other ingredients, a double scoop is all but essential if you want proper results from this pre workout.

We’d just stay safe and go for a product with a lower caffeine content and better fuller ingredients that are meant for double (or triple 😀 ) scooping.
