An earth shattering pre workout. Or so SciVation claim anyway. This SciVation Quake 10.0 Pre Workout Review will take a look at one of bodybuildings latest pre workouts and see if it’s going to make you SMASH PR’s and send those weights quaking.
The product itself looks and feels pretty nice, strong branding ensures it looks like a premium product.
SciVation are also pretty well established, with some other good products in their belt. Let’s see if this pre workout can hold it’s own in the market and make our top 3 though!
SciVation Quake 10.0 Pre Workout Ingredients
A massive amount of amino acids take the centre stage in Quake 10.0. The ingredients profile looks very solid, with a big focus on fuelling muscles and getting improvements in strength.
It’s good to see some key pre workout ingredients in here, with a fairly reasonable dose of each.
L-Citrulline is the main player, with a perfect 6000mg dose. The combination of this and the other ingredients will ensure one massive pump. Our number #1 pre workout has 6000mg of citrulline.
From personal experience you don’t want anything less in your pre workout.
Another solid combination in this supplement is the caffeine and l-theanine combination. When these two ingredients are put together in a pre workout they provide clean focus and energy
There’s a massive 350mg of caffeine in this product, that could be a little too much and lead to some side effects if you plan on double scooping, but this depends on the individual.
SciVation Quake 10.0 Pre Workout Dose
2 scoops is one serving. 2 scoops will also get you better results, without the need for double scooping.
If you did double scoop you’d end up with a massive 700mg of caffeine. So it’s not advisable.
The dosing of the other ingredients is fine and safe and will give you good results.
SciVation Quake 10.0 Pre Workout Side Effects
There’s no real risk of any side effects with this product other than the high levels of caffeine. You probably know your own tolerance. The problem with high levels of caffeine in pre workouts is that you will crash when it wears off.
Double scooping will cause these minor negative effects, so again just be a little careful. Sustained caffeine use over time can cause other effects like sleeplessness.
SciVation Quake 10.0 Pre Workout Taste
Bubblegum or watermelon. Bother are just standard artificially flavoured pre workout tastes. We are still convinced our completely naturally flavoured #1 pre workout 4 Gauge.
SciVation Quake 10.0 Pre Workout Cost
20 servings for $49.99. A premium price for what is a pretty premium pre workout. The blend of amino acids will get you some results. However this is just too much caffeine, so you could easily get big crashes.
We do like the product, but just think for a similar price you could get our number #1 pre workout.
SciVation Quake 10.0 Pre Workout Review Conclusion
This is a solid pre workout, with a big focus on amino acids.
It doesn’t get into the top 3 however as there is just too much caffeine, which will no doubt give you some uncomfortable side effects, especially if you are planning on double scooping.
For a similar price you could get our number #1 or other pre workouts. These have been proven and road tested for you and will guarantee enhanced performance with minimal side effects.
