Legs HIIT workout


This fast and intense legs workout will boost your fat burning to new levels.

The format were gonna follow is TABATA – 20 seconds of intense exercise, followed by 10 seconds of complete rest.

 

are you ready?

  1. Before you begin your workout, perform a quick warm up: 5 burpees, 20 jumping jacks, 10 squats.
  2. Perform 2 rounds for a total of 4 minutes workout:

20 seconds of Burpees, 10 seconds rest
20 seconds of Explosive Jumping Squats, 10 seconds rest
20 seconds of Jumping Jacks Squats, 10 seconds rest
20 seconds of Air Squats (normal bodyweight squats), 10 seconds rest
