It’s no secret that Hugh Jackman has looked stacked in all his roles as The Wolverine. But for me, a young guy wanting to grow old looking awesome I’m itching to find myself looking like him. So in this short article we can take a look at what happens with Hugh Jackman – Logan Workout.
If you’ve not seen Logan you should. It’s awesome and one of the best Superhero films to date. Hugh Jackman plays an older wolverine, with a more developed physique.
Jackman himself has told the media for this scene he was heavily dehydrated to allow the muscles to be clear, we don’t recommend doing this. What’s important is how lean he is and the size he has.

Logan Training and Workout
So you want to look like Logan. Well firstly you may need to put on some muscle mass. His muscles are pretty well developed here, he’s not absolutely shredded either, but just slightly cut.
His body is conditioned, so you want to really be focusing on those major compound movements, deadlifts, squats, rows.
We’d throw in a HIIT workout each week to keep fat down too. Avoid steady state cardio as this will damage muscle recovery and testosterone production.

Logan Nutrition
Eat clean and eat enough calories to support your training regimen. You’re going to be burning a lot of calories following any mass building plan so correct diet is absolutely crucial. Jackman himself said he would eat chicken, rice and broccoli up to 3 times a day whilst on the set of this incredible film.
This can be quite expensive, so protein shakes and other supplements can offer a good fuel for your muscles for cheaper. Just be careful of sugar levels.
Logan Supplementation
As we mentioned, a protein shake will be handy here. But if you really want the secret to packing on size in a short frame of mind you need to be looking at natural testosterone boosters.
Training or not these can allow you to build up testosterone levels and get all the benefits associated with it.
Another thing to think about, if you are cutting fat is the use of a natural fat burner.
