Protein Drink with blueberries and peanut butter if you are trying to gain weight
Meal 5
8 oz cut of lean beef with rice and green beens or another vegetable
Key note- most sport drinks contain ample amounts of sugar that can hurt your dieting goals. We recommended ditching all liquids besides water. With that being said, make sure you are getting the water from a pure source, either from reverse osmosis or distillation.
