Active Alliance Nutrition Extreme DMAA Pre Workout Review

My Authour BoxActive Alliance nutrition’s pre workout blend promises pump, focus and energy. This is a full Active Alliance Nutrition Extreme DMAA Pre Workout Review.

This product uses a lengthy blend of pre workout ingredients to deliver these results. At first glance this list looks pretty good, with lots of proven ingredients, but some that just seem to be a bit gimmicky.

The product comes in a decent looking black container and certainly looks the part. But let’s see if this Jungle Punch flavour pre workout will give you the best pre workout experience.

Active Alliance Nutrition Extreme DMAA Pre Workout Core Ingredients

The ingredients list on this pre workout is pretty strong. It reminds us of our current #1 pre workout 4 Gauge, which a few more unnecessary ones thrown in.Active Alliance Nutrition Extreme DMAA Pre Workout Review Ingredients

It’s good to see such a high dose of citrulline in here, as this will ensure you get a massive pump whilst you are training. The creatine, as with lots of pre workouts is dosed at 1000mg, which isn’t effective, but as with our number #1, we got amazing results from just adding a bit of our own in it.

The dose of caffeine in this is slightly high, with a further 100mg being ‘extended release’. This could potentially lead to some crashes, given the doses of caffeine and dicaffeine are fairly high at 285mg.

Rhodiola is good to have in here too, as it also allows for increased energy and performance.

GABA remains slightly controversial, and wasn’t the best supplement for energy we have used but should still give you some pre workout and focus benefits at this dose.

All in all most of this blend will work together pretty well to improve performance, again though it just seems a little too big to be fully optimized for daily use and solid reliable performance.

Sometimes less can be a little more, especially if it’s proven and premium ingredients you are supplementing.

Active Alliance Nutrition Extreme DMAA Pre Workout Dose

A single scoop of this will get you some pretty good results and a enough of each ingredient to improve overall performance.

Double scooping with this much caffeine though could lead to some slight side effects so just be aware of that.

The 6000mg of citrulline especially will deliver a massive pump and increased nutrients and blood flow to muscles. The same as our current #1 pre workout.

Active Alliance Nutrition Extreme DMAA Pre Workout Side Effects

You shouldn’t get too many side effects from taking this product. Just be aware that there seems to be a lot of caffeine in here.

Especially with double scooping you could get headaches and nausea, so be a bit cautious with this.

Active Alliance Nutrition Extreme DMAA Pre Workout Taste

They’ve used artificial flavorings here to come up with the name Jungle Punch. This also sounds like something that you could catch on holiday whilst in Bolivia.

We are still yet to top the sour natural goodness of our number #1 pre workout 4 Gauge.

Active Alliance Nutrition Extreme DMAA Pre Workout Cost

$54.99 for 30 servings from Active Alliance Nutrition Fairly pricey for what you are getting in terms of individual ingredients dose’s. But will still no doubt get you some good results.

You can get one of our top 3 premium and proven pre workouts for this price too, which will also get you the same results!

Active Alliance Nutrition Extreme DMAA Pre Workout Review Conclusion

This isn’t a half bad pre workout and will certainly get you some good pre workout results.

We do think that there could be some slight changes with doses and maybe some of the ingredients removed to reduce cost and make no difference to performance though.

Remember when you are looking for a pre workout, look for something proven, clean and premium. Cheap rubbish supplements don’t work!
