Xenadrine Core Pre Workout Review

Xenadrine Core Pre Workout Review, can Xenadrine get to the market topping hardcore days of old with this pre workout?

For a start, I love reviewing pre workouts. You’re right to think the market is crowded with them so there can’t be much difference, but when you find the right one, it’s GREAT. – James

Anyway, we’re here to take a look at Xenadrine Core Pre Workout. This is a good looking product and looks to have a nice blend of pre workout ingredients.

Alarm bells are ringing a little bit, as within this pre workout we can see a hidden blend of ingredients! BAD. You don’t want to be spending money on a product thats packed with cheap stuff.

Xenadrine Core Pre Workout Core Ingredients

There are some good pre workout ingredients in here. But on the whole the dosing looks a little bit too low for our liking.

The XenCore Energy Matrix is also made up of largely unproven herbs, that may provide some tiny results when taken at a high dose. However a high dose is unlikely in Xenadrine Core Pre Workout as there’s only 525mg in that entire blend. Xenadrine Core Pre Workout Ingredients

Beta Alanine

This is a common pre workout ingredient, and is good for fueling muscles and increasing endurance.

For a really effective dose you need around 5g of this ingredient.

The problem with beta alanine is it comes with very annoying itching side effects, that can often cut workouts short and just generally make you feel uncomfortable.

L-Citrulline

his ingredient is essential in a pre workout supplement as it’s what increases the blood and nutrient flow to muscles.

A solid dose of citrulline is about 6g or 6000mg. Xenadrine is completely lacking.

Glycerol

Glycerol Monostearate is basically used as an emulsifier and anti-caking agent in most powered food products.

When used in the correct dosage, it can help delay fatigue associated with dehydration during a workout session.

Caffeine

You know what this does don’t you. You also know it’ll improve focus, energy and stamina? Good. It’s also one of the most researched and proven ingredients that goes into supplements.

180mg is an ideal dose as it means you can double scoop without the worry of crashes!

L-Theanine

This is exciting as L-Theanine works well with caffeine to improve focus. For it to do this you need a dose of around 200mg. Chances are this product is going to be completely under dosed.

Xenadrine Core Pre Workout Dose

The dose of this is very low. You do obviously have the option to double scoop with this product to make it higher, but even then it would still be lacking in terms of it’s effects on your workouts.

There’s a lot of unproven ingredients in here that over complicate what a true natural pre workout should be. The dose of beta alanine may also cause some side effects.

Xenadrine Core Pre Workout Side Effects

You will most likely get some annoying and itching side effects from the beta alanine in this product.

This is frustrating as you won’t really get any positives from such a low dose of it either! If you are double scooping you could also get some slight side effects from the caffeine, but this does depend on tolerance.

Xenadrine Core Pre Workout Taste

Fruit punch blast, made from artificial flavors and not natural sources like our current #1 pre workout. SOUR and dry mouth!

Xenadrine Core Pre Workout Cost

30 servings for £70.10 from Ebay. You can get 3 tubs of our #1 premium, natural and proven pre workout for this price near enough!

Absolutely ridiculous pricing and best off avoiding, especially given the low doses too!

Xenadrine Core Pre Workout Review Conclusion

Over priced and under dosed. Also containing a load of unproven ingredients as filler.

This isn’t a good pre workout and is best avoided in our opinion.

The propreitary blend is annoying and pointless too, it’s almost as if Xenadrine have something to hide.
