There are some good pre workout ingredients in here. But on the whole the dosing looks a little bit too low for our liking.

180mg is an ideal dose as it means you can double scoop without the worry of crashes!
This is exciting as L-Theanine works well with caffeine to improve focus. For it to do this you need a dose of around 200mg. Chances are this product is going to be completely under dosed.

The dose of this is very low. You do obviously have the option to double scoop with this product to make it higher, but even then it would still be lacking in terms of it’s effects on your workouts.
There’s a lot of unproven ingredients in here that over complicate what a true natural pre workout should be. The dose of beta alanine may also cause some side effects.

You will most likely get some annoying and itching side effects from the beta alanine in this product.
This is frustrating as you won’t really get any positives from such a low dose of it either! If you are double scooping you could also get some slight side effects from the caffeine, but this does depend on tolerance.

This isn’t a good pre workout and is best avoided in our opinion.
The propreitary blend is annoying and pointless too, it’s almost as if Xenadrine have something to hide.
