Nutrabolics Aggro Testosterone Booster Review

Nutrabolics present Aggro, their latest testosterone boosting supplement. With a history of solid products, Nutrabolics are good and trustworthy company. Aggro looks like a decent product too, with a natural ingredients profile and a high dose, it should yield some testosterone boosting benefits.

Ingredients

An all natural ingredients profile and high doses of some proven testosterone boosters means aggro has the potential to be a great addition to your supplement stack. There are some overly high doses in the product however and given that the product requires 8 capsules per day things might get a little overbearing. Magnesium and alpha lipoic acid will get you some good results, however some of the other ingredients don’t have much evidence to back them up. The core ingredients are broken down below;

Vitamin B6nutrabolics-aggro-ingredients

A solid testosterone booster. B6 is present in a large variety of foods, however getting enough can be difficult especially with modern diets. B6 has been proven to reduce your estrogen levels as well as aid a natural increase in testosterone. What’s even better is B6 will help with increased energy too, meaning you will perform better in the gym.

Zinc

Around 2 billion people in the world have Zinc deficiency.  Zinc is a mineral you need in your diet for general well being and also serves as an antioxidant. Where it comes into play with your testosterone levels is that it actually helps you create the luteinzing hormone, which is converted into growth hormone and testosterone in the body.

Chromium

Chromium is a good ingredient to help you balance out your insulin levels, but studies have shown that there is actually little reason to supplement it for testosterone production. Whilst it’s good to supplement this ingredient, you are more likely to find it of use in fat burning products and not testosterone boosters.

D-Aspartic Acid

An absolutely crucial ingredient for any testosterone booster. D-aspartic acid is an amino acid that works with your brain to impact hormone release. This ingredient has been used by lifters for years and is extremely effective. You do need to be careful with the dosing of it however as it can cause some stomach upset at high levels.

Dose

2 capsules 4 times a day. This is an intense amount to take through the day. We have reservations of about the levels of DAA in this supplement too, and with such an extremely high dose you do run the risk of some side effects. Most other ingredients are dosed to an effective level though.

Whats the Cost?

$79.99. Ouch. This is expensive for a product that’s full of questionable ingredients too.  There are some solid effective ones in here, but you will get a cheaper product that’s got a full set of testosterone boosting ingredients from our current top 3.

Nutrabolics Aggro Testosterone Booster Side Effects

High dose of DAA, could cause some stomach upset. Other ingredients won’t cause any real problems. To get around the dosing of the d aspartic acid you could try lowering the 8 capsules per day to 4. However again you are spending money you don’t need to, so we’d recommend checking out our top 3.

Nutrabolics Aggro Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion

We do like some of the main ingredients in this product. However there is a lot that is unproven and ineffective. The price is very high for what it is too. If you are buying be wary of the d aspartic acid levels as these could lead to some side effects given that you are taking 8 capsules per day. For cheaper products that are full of proven and researched ingredients, we’d recommend checking out our top 3 testosterone boosters.
