Extreme Nutrition Liquid Fury Pre Workout Review

Liquid Fury, as the name suggests, is a new pre-workout supplement that promises to boost the growth of muscle mass and reduce tiredness and fatigue during a workout session. It packs in a huge number of ingredients, some of which are known well for their effectiveness, and a few others less convincing as well. This is a complete, unbiased Extreme Nutrition Liquid Fury Pre Workout Review.

But is Liquid Fury really worth the buy as a pre-workout supplement? Keep reading to find out and discover if it really is worth your time and money.

Core Ingredients

Liquid Fury packs in an overwhelming number of ingredients, with different vitamins making for a good percentage of them. While this may seem to be a good deal, it is too early to say so. Let’s check out the key ingredients that contribute to Liquid Fury’s results, and if they’re good enough.

Vitamins

Liquid Fury packs in a bunch of vitamins including vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12 and others like biotin and niacin.

L Citrulline Extreme Nutrition Liquid Fury Pre Workout Ingredients

L Citrulline is an amino acid that is thought to boost the immune system and enhance the production of nitric oxide in the body which helps improve blood flow throughout the body and helps it tackle many diseases. While it is mostly used to tackle complex medical health conditions, it is also often added to many pre-workout supplements thanks to its ability to improve athletic performance and enhance muscle production.

L Tyrosine

L Tyrosine is yet another amino acid that is used as a medicine for individuals affected by depression, ADHD, narcolepsy and other similar health conditions. In addition, it is also a part of many pre-workout supplements because of its ability to suppress appetite and reduce stress on the body, which makes you last longer when you’re involved in a high intensity exercise routine.

L Leucine

L Leucine is another key ingredient that makes up Liquid Fury, and this one’s mainly concerned with building muscle mass. A lot of bodybuilders and athletes consume supplements rich in this amino acid to help build stronger and powerful muscles. While its effectiveness is seen, there isn’t enough research to back up its use, and in some cases, it has also presented side effects such as vomiting, depression, indigestion and prostate malfunction.

DL Malate

DL Malate is another effective power boosting ingredient that makes a crucial component in Liquid Fury. Apart from lending you energy to boost your workout, it also helps prevent fatigue and weakness post your workout session, and several studies have revealed that with its intake, individuals reported increased energy levels and a feeling of overall wellbeing.

Other Ingredients

In addition to these, the Liquid Fury also packs in other ingredients like folic acid, pantothenic acid, chromium, fiber etc.

The huge number of ingredients that make up Liquid Fury may tempt you to go ahead and grab it, but a lot of these ingredients have a questionable status as far as their safety of use is concerned.

Dose

As far as the dosage is concerned, it is best to take 2 scoops of the supplement with 250 ml of water around 30 minutes before your training session. Advanced users can also increase their dosage to up to 3 scoops a day. This is fairly normal for any good pre workout supplement. Its always good to be able to take an extra dose.

Cost

Liquid Fury is priced at £27.79 for a bottle, which makes it a fairly affordable option. However if you want a more well rounded pre workout you can pay a little more and get something that’s scientifically proven and in our top 3 pre workout supplements.

Extreme Nutrition Liquid Fury Pre Workout Review Conclusion

All in all, Liquid Fury did seem interesting thanks to the number of ingredients it packed in, but on the downside, it turned out to be a let down with the questionable efficacy of the ingredients, and the slightly high pricing. You could definitely find a better pre-workout supplement for a better price.

Extreme Nutrition Liquid Fury Pre Workout Review

Not a BAD pre workout. But it’s mainly made up of vitamins and amino’s, so won’t be as well rounded for pump, focus, energy. We’d recommend investing a little more in our top 3 pre workout supplements.
